thats why i say earlier on, according to oneplus they have already fulfilled the order as order has been delivered and signed upon delivery hope borderlinex faster solve the problem

i dun think taobao direct can ship in to singapore. u need to send to your own forwarder then can .

Yes use the forwarder provided in taobao app like 4px. I try before buying other stuff from taobao shipped to pop station near my place just want to know how to pay the gst charges...

if i remember correctly, taobao requires you to make two payments right now. first payment is for the items alone so it can be shipped out to the forwarder. second payment will be after the items reaches the forwarder where they will repack the items for shipping and also calculate the tax involved, and you will get notified to make your second payment which includes the shipping fees and the tax involved

to others who are using borderlinx. I don't think it's about lost shipments (they actually have the item, but they got not enough resources to handle the backlog)

I'm surprised at the number of delays from borderlinx. Was considering that option initially but decided to order from 131 instead.

You can try. Some items are blocked by the default forwarders. For eg, Xiaomi products.

The problem now is that the value of the parcel is incorrect because they had no invoice. Unlike comgateway where you can self declare the cost, borderlinx require manual validation.

Now I need to wait for them to change the parcel value. The original estimated value was below SGD$400. I don't want to deal with GST claim problem later on.

The shipping cost is about USD$34 + GST (inclusive of SafetyLinx aka insurance) which I think will be close to SGD$100 in total, which is pretty close to the original estimate given by their online calculator

I can't find any promo code for borderlinx
