First time buy HP online with delivery.

Oh delivery ah? Well you should just use as much as you can within the warranty period so that you can find any issues ASAP. If something seems out of place, ask in the forums to see if other people have the same issues as you.

After warranty period u're pretty much on your own if there are hardware issues.

Charging

Can I ask anyone here if I would to charge my OP5T using MacBook Pro 89W power adaptor (meaning that I don't have the DASH charger with me), can it be use?

If yes, what will be the charging power like? Will it be charging on Power Delivery (PD)?

Same here.

Bought from Simder trading on 12/12.
Dex-i says it's under customs processing since 16/12.o
Post question to Simder also no reply.

How long does it take to clear Customs?
After it clears Customs, the phone still needs to be shipped to Simder for them to flash to Oxygen OS, right?

Manage to speak to someone from Simder today, they said Dex is in charge of delivering the phone to our homes. The phone is already flashed in China before shipping. Apparently he said we should receive in few days time. Told him about poor tracking he said could be delays. Didn't sound very convincing to me. No choice for those purchased from Simder, have to suck thumb and wait and hopefully u will receive ure phone.

Anyone can use their NFC transit sim on OP5t? Unable to read mine, it says my sim in not nfc enabled

I'm using mine. The nfc sim wouldn't work out of the box. It uses the embedded secure element instead of the sim card.

There is a magisk module to enable it in xda if you are interested in going down that path.

Saw some complaints regarding dex-i and their taobao orders as well

Guess they couldn't handle the volume from 11/11 and 12/12

Can charge, but idk about the speed but is still relatively fast. I'm using my xiaomi 45W USB C charger for my xiaomi notebook to charge my OP5 and it takes less than 2 hours to fully charge it.

You can use those current measuring apps like Current Monitor to check your amperage, most probably it'll be something like 1.5A. I got a Choetech usb c charger which pumps out 3A max but it never gets more than 1.5A even with a USB C to C cable

It's an NFC transit sim from starhub and I used it as ez link card in my previous phones. Will try the xda method as suggested above post.

I used the op5 mod on my op5t from this:
