Manage to speak to someone from Simder today, they said Dex is in charge of delivering the phone to our homes. The phone is already flashed in China before shipping. Apparently he said we should receive in few days time. Told him about poor tracking he said could be delays. Didn't sound very convincing to me. No choice for those purchased from Simder, have to suck thumb and wait and hopefully u will receive ure phone.

I got my One Plus 5T. Was delivered to my office during lunch time. Product in good condition. As mentioned, phone is already flashed to Oxygen OS.

Hope you and the other bros who ordered from Simder will get your phones soon. (Maybe by today)

Hey guys, I have one question regarding getting the OnePlus 5T and I hope its not something asked many times before; sorry there's like so many pages of content here and did not manage to read all of it (just the first few pages and last few). This thread did help me confirm I want to purchase the phone though!

I see the OnePlus official website quote USD 559 for the 128GB/8GB RAM model, which is about SGD 752 converted, and includes free shipping. Is there a reason why almost everyone here gets it at Qoo10/others here other than it being slightly cheaper? Actually I see Qoo10 now also like slightly more than $750...

Or is it because of warranty, or lack thereof? How does that work anyway.

Looking to make purchase sometime next week or early Jan, since existing phone contract ending mid-Jan.

Free shipping is domestic
Cost hasnt factor in gst and shipping cost back to singapore yet.
Buy locally also no offical local warranty. Any problem hopefully local seller want to help u ship back, otherwise you’re on ur own.

Ahh I understand now, thanks for the response!
Buying from Qoo10/buying locally makes more sense then; only question now is which one's more reliable. Typically I look at the no. of reviews but buying a phone off Qoo10...that's new (usually only buy very small/cheap items off the site).

Since its been a month pass the release of the phone, could someone point me towards the best source of getting it locally, be it a specific qoo10 vendor or elsewhere? Would appreciate it a lot! Looking at getting the 128GB/8GB RAM version...which I suppose the cheapest comes to about SGD900+ after everything it seems.

EDIT: Went to read thread further back and noticed people mentioning AT House from Qoo10, their pricing looks good (S$769 after everything it seems) but like 0 reviews on the site itself...

read back all the rant regarding AT house. Not everyone's got their phone yet, so if you're in a rush then better go elsewhere

Noticed that upon reading further...that sucks. I've yet to order but I do hope those that did get them soon, or at least get them to begin with.

Also realized 131Express is more reputable for their service and delivery, as shown by the various positive feedback received on their page as well; though that comes up to S$900+. I suppose that's the normal price in Qoo10 now that all the offer/promo periods are over? (Except Christmas, if it happens; read about that possibility too in previous pages).

Oh yeah, someone also mentioned OP5Ts being available at brick-and-motar stores too, and I checked out mobilesquare's website; its going at S$730/830 for the 64/128GB respectively, marked as 'sale'. Not sure how their prices operate (if there's any additional cost than what's mentioned on site). Though I must add those don't come with any form of warranty.

.

I won't consider $900 as normal pricing, it's definitely super inflated. There are several shops in qoo10 still selling the 128 GB at $760 plus. That's the price range u should look at
