Interested to get it as my spare phone for gaming purposes. ))))

Depends on what you want. New model gonna be more expensive. 256gb model of Oneplus 6 expect to be close to $1000 or even more. 64gb model probably will be over $700.

Oneplus 5t as of now is still a very good phone overall, except camera not very good though. You already miss the best period to buy Oneplus 5t. Price now is not the lowest anymore, though still good value. If you don't mind 2nd hand phones, can wait for Oneplus 6 to release then buy 2nd hand Oneplus 5t. If not just buy now when there are still choices (Red model probably hard to find, white model should be still available).

Personally I feel that the price of the 64gb model of OnePlus 6 should be around the price of the current 128gb model of Oneplus 5t. Might as well get the 128gb Oneplus 5t. Performance should not see much difference.

Chances are there probably will not have a price drop for 5t. Those local sellers like from qoo10, lazada, etc have more or less clear their stocks. If you notice, recent qoo10 sale no longer have 5T. Therefore sellers probably have no need to clear stocks already. The best pricing for 5t was around 1 to 2 months ago.

So if you are looking for new phone, the price should be more or less the same as current pricing. Only 2nd hand pricing will drop.

For now its probably those selling the so called "local warranty" sets at stupid prices that are the ones stuck with excess stock. You all need to learn what is the best price to buy. OnePlus 5 64gb lowest is around $550, OnePlus 5T is around $580. And note that official launch price of 5 & 5T is similar. So for 6, it is expected to cost more. So probably once 6's price for 64gb hits around $650, you should consider buying if you intend to get.

However if you don't mind 2nd phones, it is always the longer you wait, the cheaper it gets. But then you might lose interest when you waited too long... Haha

It's under different distro for 5T. Chance are zero.

That pricing is because the previous distributor quits and clear their remaining stocks. Chances are there is no more such opportunity again unless the current distributor quits, which is unlikely as they have just started. Even if they quit, they might not dump their stocks at low price. So no point wait unless you are getting 2nd hand 5T.

Current apps 6gb is more than enough. Don't think you can notice any difference beyond that. Future apps might need more but I doubt you will stick to the same phone few years down.

Obviously no more warranty. Their so call warranty also not much use. They don't even have a OnePlus exclusive service center in Singapore.

Hi, anyone using their 5T with NFC sim?
Tried using my NFC Sim but doesn't work leh.. In the end, have to fall back on my card.
Is there any settings i must do? Orady enable the NFC on liao leh.. Hiaz Any advice is deeply appreciated
