Those who flashed on own. Can just wait for OTA update 9.5.4 instead of flashing on own, right?

Wall of text aside, have you used it before?

Removing it is as simple as removing a regular tempered glass, with little bit more force that's all. If you had done the application properly there would not even be any residue like you claimed.

It's OK. Only those with experiences will know all these.

Good for you then. I'm not ready to use a $1000+ phone as a guinea pig to put something that doesn't seem to work for 100% of the users out there.

If being experienced means you are Heng for the first few applications then I got nothing to say.

My stand is very clear, curved screens are practically not necessary, offer no physical advantage, causes reflective light glare at certain angles and people actually report accidental touches while holding on to the phone. Aside from aesthetic look that is purely subjective.

If you like curved screens, good for you. I just think they are another stupid fad from manufacturers.

Been using OP7 Pro for a few days now. No ghost touch issues aside from CPU-Z app and with NFC on all the time. I use Google Pay fairly often as well!
Tbh I wouldn't even have noticed the issue if I didn't see the article about it lol. But seems like there are other users who experience the ghost touches more severely. 9.5.1 doesn't have that issue.

Yes, curved screens are a PITA but they look so good. No issues with removing and re-applying my previous Note 9 screen protector with loca glue as well, but agree that you need to get someone reliable to apply the tempered glass protector. Currently happy with the plastic film that came with the phone as it has zero bubbles.

no need argue over tgsp or loca glue la

those who like curved screen, can share your hoots and experience to help others

those who dislike, then go for traditional flat screen

peace out~

Used whitestone dome and remove a couple of times on my pixel. No issues with my coating or whatsoever.

Infact it's probably the best invention ever.

In real world usage, do you stand at an NFC card reader for 2 to 3 mins? Otherwise what's the point of this test? No issues with using Google Pay and I use it multiple times a day.

Spend 1 min to read my post earlier and u will know I’m not experienced with just “a few” experience. Neither are these experiences pure lucky. This isn’t the first curved screen phone so many users of other similar phones would know how effective it is. And bingo I knew u have no experience with it yet u say so much as if it’s true. Misleading information.

However I’m on your side when it comes to curved screen. I don’t like it either.

Captain obvious dude. Obviously trying to narrow if it's a hardware issue (by batch) or all units affected due to software bug

Hey I'm just telling people to get their facts right first and do proper research first before doing anything new. How is this misleading people? Just because you are experienced does not mean other people can do the same. Just because you can do it without fail means other people can do the same. There are always that few kuku people who cannot do it and then they will start to blame you for saying that it's easy.

In the end it's caveat emptor.
