Yeah lor. Like for s10 series my favourite is S10e also, simply because flat screen. lol. but that 90hz on a good looking amoled screen is really dope. On the Razer phone, even 120hz looks meh, because the panel itself isn't that good looking.

For me i hoot dbrand not for the look really. is just to protect the rear glass. Even in case, sometimes like those micro hairline marks like impossible to avoid. haha

I find the way UOB/Qoo10 say it so misleading, like only installment plan will get only. It's 0% la, but still leh chey. I rather one shot pay.

I did it 8 times just for the amex 15% discount....but I don't see extra coins of cheaper when I check out. Where the 15% ah....bill cycle come than deduct ?

Just woot another 12gb 256storage at 819 qcoins haha....if the calculation is correct ,this set should be $980sgd coz need to top up extra 20qcoin at 28sgd

The amex discount is applied the moment you keyed in amex issued credit card number. You should pay the discounted price upfront leh.

Did u use this? It was 139sgd for 100 qcoins before 15% discount. Discount will be shown once u entered ur card details at checkout before OTP validation.

mind to share what's the poor experience of s8?

1. Phone slows down considerably over the year. Very apparent when updating apps on Playstore where it takes a significantly longer time to install apps as compared to comparatively to when it was new and when placed beside a Huawei Mate 10 Pro that is just as old.

2. Camera intermittently not able to focus, i.e. all shots are blurred because it is not focusing. Restarting may or may not help and strangely the issue will go away by itself.

Don't have AMEX, my UOB is only debit card, not credit card (according to the q&a they answered someone), so don't think can enjoy that bonus q*coins. I think this is as good as I can get for a while liao. Qoo10 coupon also normally around that value. Now just wish will reach next week. hahaha

Yeah I ended up ordering the OnePlus 7 non-pro as well. Was contemplating getting the pixel 3a XL but the price of about 630 for the OP7 is too attractive for me to say no to it.

ya lor. Was considering S10E also, qoo10 has a seller selling at 679, with q*coins promo and what not can probably get the price close, but OP7 just has more going for it for me. SD855, and oxygenOS mainly. haha. The camera sensor imx586 also has a lot of potential if OP can keep improving their processing.

Also with the base model starting from 8gb/256gb, i think edge out the local Mi9 a little too. China price is 2999yuan around 598 sgd. So at least the price at 630 isn't that far off.

now just waiting for the phone, and waiting for dbrand skin to come.

Yup, u are right. Not much people have amex to take advantage of the promo.

I am using a local bank cash back card which can get back 20 plus bucks or so for the OP7. So I guess it's roughly about the same price range?

Anyway I'm just happy being able to get the Op7 for below 650 bucks.

pointer 1 is the typical laggy issue of samseng phone lol. my previous s7e also same, 6mths later showing the power of lag and more lag with new sw updates. however, one thing i really like is s7e camera albeit an old 3yo phone. not sure if the standard OP7 camera is also as good anot

pointer 2 i'm not familiar bc me don't use the camera much. but i can understand your frustration to take a memorable shot but kena pwn'd by the blurry shots

i also no amex card too but the sales price you gotten is good enough imo. consider the price we settled for, this is really a very deal for 8gb+256gb~

if OP7 is really good, i'll get one for my mom as her samseng phone quite old le. somehow she seems to like samseng phone more bc never heard of oneplus and when told her is china brand, she went like ehhh.. samseng phone is always laggy, currently too overpriced along with a inferior exynos chipset and last but not least, a curved screen
