This is exactly what is happening to me now. My OneToken is tagged to my OP7, and the app suddenly categorized my phone (on stock firmware Android 9) as not meeting security requirements. I am totally locked out from my internet banking from ocbc.

better call them to enable you to login via SMS authentication. like that at least you can do online login. all the banks started to ditch away with SMS authentication before they can 100% assure that the new digital login method will not fail. that is a very dangerous thing to do and inconsiderate for consumers like us.
maybe you can try
1. go to the apps, flush the cache. re-boot the phone. launch the apps see can
2. method 1 fails, go the the apps, flush the apps, delete the data, reboot and relaunch the apps again
3. method 2 fails, uninstall, re-boot the phone. launch the apps and see can or not.
if all methods fail, call the hotline and ask them to enable the SMS authentication. for OCBC, if you have received letter lately, they will be totally migrate to the oneToken thing by end of this year. so while they are patching up and debugging their apps, stick to the SMS authentication.
