Oneplus 7 Pro vs 7T non-pro

I have been monitoring this thread for quite a while. Basically, I'm a 5T user and I am looking to upgrade the next month. I noticed that the 7T is released next month, and I am not sure what's the indicative pricing?

Should I get the 7 PRO or 7T? Any idea of the cheapest pricing for both?

Thank you so much!

I've upgraded to Android 10 and everything works, except I'm unable to activate OneTouch for the OCBC app.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still unable to enable it. Everytime I enter my access code and PIN, nothing happens.

Any ideas?

I think it's ocbc app issue. I'm on Android 9 and also suddenly facing problem logging in.

A little update on the Android 10 since last 2 days:

1) When hit to night mode, my settings background colour become bright, which originally set to dark mode already.

2) dialer app does not seems to take dark mode also.

3) OCBC app onetoken not working. to be honest, pretty frustrated.. now want to add payee in my OCBC app bay sai, need to transfer money to POSB and add payee and transfer out. Hopefully the next update it resolved.

4) Couple of data network disconnection lately. Not sure whether is it the game issue or the Android 10 issue. Play game halfway, can suddenly tell me no mobile network despite i'm on 4G and stationery.

Couple of stutter occassionally.. not really frequent, but bearable.

and FYI, i did a clear cache after i upgraded to A10

Strange. My experience is very different. Toggling night mode just "adds a yellow tint" to the screen, dialer app is also dark, OneToken working (i re-installed the app though), and no loss of data connectivity.

Not sure if it helps, but the Android 10 build i'm using is Oxygen OS 10.0.GM21BA.

My version is oxygen os 10.0.GM57AA. Why is your build different. It has been 2 days since my last update.

Screen on time generally dropped. Maybe it still need some calibration. I have cleared the system cache twice. Still monitoring it.

Most of the app works fine. Just GAGT, I need to reinstall to make it work. My dialer is on dark mode. But not all Google apps on dark mode. My maps and Gmail not on dark mode.

so far i came across 2 of my apps crashed out when certain features of the apps were accessed after upgrading to android 10. majority of the daily apps to me no issue at the moment.

OCBC thing i encountered also, just need to uninstall and reinstall and re-active the oneToken for me. i read about this ocbc problem too in this forum from other brands after upgrading to android 10. suppose that is ocbc banking app issue.

And thanks to those who shared some quick fixes! You are right. Some of our clients tried to delete & reinstall the app, and found that it worked for them. So please do try them out and see if it works for you

In the meantime, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and once we have some news on the update, we'll be sharing them here

better hurry them to work out the update fast. not everyone can uninstall and reinstall to make it work. even if can, have to re-activate everything again. compared to other local bank, OCBC probably due to hindsight fail to put in a manually generated token for online login to use. the other 2 local banks also have the feature to manually generate token for online login. once you can't get OCBC banking apps to work, that is you are dead, you can't even use online to login ! this is a very poor planning on the development of the apps.

btw the other 2 local banking apps upon upgrading to android 10 need not have to re-activate the token and linking thing, the only thing need to do is to re-activate the fingerprint sensor login that all.

This is exactly what is happening to me now. My OneToken is tagged to my OP7, and the app suddenly categorized my phone (on stock firmware Android 9) as not meeting security requirements. I am totally locked out from my internet banking from ocbc.

better call them to enable you to login via SMS authentication. like that at least you can do online login. all the banks started to ditch away with SMS authentication before they can 100% assure that the new digital login method will not fail. that is a very dangerous thing to do and inconsiderate for consumers like us.

maybe you can try

1. go to the apps, flush the cache. re-boot the phone. launch the apps see can
2. method 1 fails, go the the apps, flush the apps, delete the data, reboot and relaunch the apps again
3. method 2 fails, uninstall, re-boot the phone. launch the apps and see can or not.

if all methods fail, call the hotline and ask them to enable the SMS authentication. for OCBC, if you have received letter lately, they will be totally migrate to the oneToken thing by end of this year. so while they are patching up and debugging their apps, stick to the SMS authentication.

Delete oc bc app seriously and don't frustrate yourself further

No loss really when other banks are way much better without any issues

They feel no loss when don't waive annual fees too so I've already terminated all my accounts with them
