the sg banking apps have the ability to detect whether the system is rooted or not. once rooted, it will not be able to function. this is security. if rooted still able to function, better don't have any account with this bank.

I don't see a big difference between the models 7 and 7t Sd855 is more than enough for me, I hardly play games on mobile so I don't need a 90hz panel. It's S$100 difference as well.

I'm looking for near vanilla or vanilla android, so there are only oneplus, pixels and android one phones that fit this criteria AFAIK.

I'm currently using Nokia 7.1 plus but the screen cracked when I dropped it (didn't realise I didn't replace the previous screen protector that cracked too lol) and I like this vanilla android, had xiaomi and Meizu phones previously, dislike the customised android by these brands.

So between getting the screen and battery(孙便) replaced and a new phone, I decided to get a new phone.

Where to get SG version of Nokia phones other than Lazada?

Oh good suggestion! Wah ipad pro so high refresh rate, then will it be even much more smoother than op7t when scrolling?

to each his own. i find the smoothness of the 90ghz annoying. i reverted back to 60.
everything scrolls too fast and buttery most time pages just overscroll.

So 90hz also not say v good in a way

which one to go for.

CCLOH makes a good point. If you can bypass, it means the app is susceptible to intrusion.

That's why my daily driver's bootloader is never unlocked due to banking apps and other payments apps.

What do you mean by "SG" version ?
Nokia sometimes have China and Global version which will come with Google apps either way.

Example, Nokia X5 / 5.1 plus are 100% identical. Some other models may have different specifications but essentially cousins.

You can find them on overseas stores like taobao, aliexpress, gearbest etc...

People buy OP for the software. If it's not to your liking then honestly there are better options out there.

In terms of software and camera, Pixel is the closest alternative. But Pixel doesn't come with wide angle camera and costs more.

Reno Ace not announced in Singapore yet. While the hardware is as good as OP7, it runs Color OS so look before you jump.

I believe Nokia sets with local manufacturer warranty are vsold at various mobile stores and online portals such like Lazada.

Do a search and you should see Nokia flagship lazmall

That one flat full screen with pop up camera, which is what the 7 pro should have been.
