The delay due to the virus is 1 thing.
The main problem is the shop put as ready stock yet when we bought and call in to collect, they mention that there was no stock

I usually call in first to confirm I can collect on the same day before placing order on qoo10(to make sure no delay/usually it's urgent). Works for me 100% of the time. If the merchant play punk and claim got stock but not really the case, I'll just cancel and qoo10 refunds quite fast.
