Hi guys, can yall help me decide if i should buy op8 pro or not

Coz now im using s20+ snapdragon version, so far its been good...just that i dont like samsung one ui that much and i cannot do much tweaking like rooting the phone and installing custom roms. And i dont know why but the scrolling of lists doesnt feel smooth

Should i change to op8 pro?

If you using the sd version of s20+ i don't really see a need why you would change your phone now. Furthermore if your aim to buy OPP8 is to root and tinker with custom rom I'm sure you can do that with S20+, just that trip knox lor.

Lastly, like someone else already said... Didn't you already cancelled the order anyway. Just let it go

Reason why i wanna root my phone coz got there are some good tweaks i can install. One example is Viper4Android and third party gestures app like Fluid, which works better when rooted.

If i buy op8 pro, means i need sell s20+, im not sure if its difficult to sell on carousell during this time.

I wont risk it though. Yes such tweaks are good, but if need risk the security of my device i find it nt worth. I am in IT field, hence thats how i feel

At the moment I don't think you should change it, especially when OP8+ may have a hardware issue with their screen. I've read tons of comparisons between the 2 phones and they are mostly similar to bo honest.

How's the battery of the SD S20+ though?

You have a Snapdragon variant of the S20+ which is already better than Exynos. It has no issues except for a UI which you don't really like.

Why risk it for a phone with no warranty and the risk of getting a set with a bad screen?
