This is what i tell u that should be done when u say lagging at scrolling for certain apps

Force 120hz no matter where. Just batt life will take a hit i believe

Even forcing 120hz, some apps still laggy

btw I have open up a OP community thread on the issue based on the recommendations via OP support hopefully louder sound could be heard to expedite this issue we encountered.

Anyway, how do y'all raise a support ticket? Seems I'm only able to do so on the US website

That's great! I haven't reached my 15 days "quarantine from posting" limit yet so I still can't post. I did drop OnePlus Singapore (the official page) a message and linked them to the HWZ post as well, they have responded, hopefully the official distributor here can also highlight the matter to OP to shed some light on this matter, I think they will have more interest in solving it because if it doesn't get fixed, it'll be hard to sell their phones.

Simplygo is working for me using OP8.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Simply Go is an app tied to your EZLink card, allowing you to top up, track, and apply for new transport cards?

But it doesn't turn your phone into the EZ Link card itself, means u still need to tap your physical EZLink card at the gantry to enter and exit, not tap with you phone am I right?

That's not the issue we're having ah.

I'm using Google pay to tap and track using simplygo.

How many here is having problems with getting 100% GPay connection when using as EZLink replacement, and which phone are you using??
