with local warranty, shopee/lazada from Mistermobile? if not qoo10 for export sets (china set converted to global ROM) is maybe 2-300 cheaper? especially since now there is 100 off 100 coupon.

it isn't difficult to reflash anyway... just go though guide from XDA especially with unlock tool.

AA is international, DA is India.. export is Hydro to AA.
