Ya. And also give ambiguous answers so that we won't cancel and order with other shops I suppose. At least until 2 or 3 days later after 11.11 so we lan lan need to wait since the price went up or no more vouchers alr.

Then I asked if I can change delivery address as I'll be at office for the whole of next week. Apparently to change delivery address, you need to reorder the phone. This is supposedly Qoo10's limitations. Simi???

Then he say when the item is with dispatch, Qoo10 app will display the delivery person's contact then can discuss with the person to deliver in the evening. Is this possible?

Just got one 8t silver and join in the oneplus 8t fanclub!
Anyone can confirm if model KB2003 is international version,KB2000 is china version, KB2005 is US version?

From my personal experience this 11.11, win digital and 131express both are warehouse type of operations. Only micox is handphone shop.

At least 131express is forthright when I call and they take initiative to check with their warehouse and told me the group buy stock is different batch and will arrive later. Very straightforward with cancellation as well and genuinely apologetic when I ask him why never put the info of different batch and later delivery on group buy page.

Win digital on the other hand sound like they are not clear on what they saying and can change the next time you call them.

Ya unlikely to buy from Win anymore.
Nothing wrong with delivery next week just be upfront buyer should have some expectation when buying imports.
But to give false impression of ready stocks and not to correct it quickly by updating buyers is bad in building reputations. Now when ask about the phone by friends, buyers will likely also complain about the buying exp from WIN.

I am sure not all will cancel most will just be sian and wait to next week. the loss in Rep is not worth it.

You can try. Once the shipping start click on the tracking. There is the delivery company link and your tracking #.
Once you have more detail you can call their customer care and make the request. I think you can just indicate to deliver in the evening when you are home.
(if singpost then it is ..... Qxpress i think is possible)

Ah okay that's my only shot I suppose. Funnily enough that day I saw a post before it was deleted. Someone said his 8t delivered within 3 days even when the qoo10 app was still in shipping status. But I think he bought in 10th. Also from win.

Exactly. It is extremely unfair to those who have bought using grap pay thinking they can get the phone fast and claim the 10% rebate.

Anyway, I saw the Q&A and they mentioned shipment will be from 20 Nov, now i am contemplating whether to cancel.

Win initially have self-collection. I think one of the bro here (lousydrinker) collected from them, thereafter that option was removed.

No need cancel.. still can redeem grabpay cashback.. as long as ordered within the dates can already.. of cos provided still got credits left..

Not really, it's depend on the avail fund.. yesterday morning is about 9k plus..now drop to 3k plus

Haha 131, just tell me order and wait for sms.. from reviews, it seems that they are just starting to fulfill those orders placed before 9th Nov...

I have that before when i bought a TV from Q010 it was delivered next day, but it is the seller own delivery service(panasonic). Wanted to confirm delivery after testing ok but found i could not. only can confirm after 2 days.
This will not happen to Qxpress/Prime. It is their own system

I think there is some inital stock as 3 person got comment on the 8T purchase. But it is too little to trust the review currently if you know what I mean.

This round after getting i will check and run the phone until i feel there is no issue before i confirm delivery. After all there is no more cashback.
The lowered trust also make me concern with the after sales support if needed.

I called them when the self-collect option was still there and the blur lady told me that since it's still covid19 measures tell me cannot self collect and to order and they will send next day.

I straightaway remove them from consideration :s13:

I intend to also check everything then confirm OK Liao then I call them and fk them for the malpractice. Nonsense shop

The checking will be like what 2nd handphone shop do.
(check for update and do a clean flash)
1.Check for any cosmetic damage.
2.Test wifi, mobile network connection can work well for a few day.
3.No unnatural battery drain detected after a few day use.
3. Touch screen test to ensure it response well and no ghost touch.
Test full brightness and min brightness for tint or burnt issue.
4.Do voice recording and play back and make sure mike works well.
5. connect and sync BT devices. BT headset to run music and video see that the music do not cut off within 5m (unblock)
6.Stream you tube 4K and play for a few min. Skip and see the buffering kicks in fast.
7.Test each cam. with pic and video. During video put hand in and out to ensure pic can auto focus.. Main cam have hardware anti shake so walk and take some video. it should not be super shaky.
8.copy some big video file to the phone 1+gb will do. see tranfer speed is ok.
9. Test both speaker got sound and at high volume no cracking sound. Unless the music u play is bom bom type.
10. make phone call with a friend and make sure it is clear and his reply is clear.

Most of the items is just to see if you are ok with. like cosmetic if some insertion mark at the USB C port is found unless it is really bad. I likely will just ignore.

I also notice the pic review in Win is also ... I do not think many buyer will cut crop and deco the picture to post.

i cancelled my order with win digital and took the plunge and order from micox on 12/11 night. was hoping my order can be collected yesterday but no reply/sms from them. 1230am 14/11 received a reply to text them for confirmation.

just collected my set from the shop and claimed the cashback :)

i cancelled my order with win digital and took the plunge and order from micox on 12/11 night. was hoping my order can be collected yesterday but no reply/sms from them. 1230am 14/11 received a reply to text them for confirmation.

just collected my set from the shop and claimed the cashback :)

Wow, congrats, a gamble paid off!
