i flashed stock 12s, I manage to install TWRP and install SuperSu but when i launch the SuperSU, it is a black screen...

Just to add, my bootloader is unlock, I install TWRP using the fastboot...I install the supersu by going to TWRP recovery and install the SuperSU...Don't know why it cannot be open...

Lollipop don't need SuperSU. root is now available in Settings, Developer.

i had the same problem when i try to install version 2.01. The phone may not boot as well. When I installed 2.46, it works.

Generally try the latest beta version first, now 2.48 iirc, because it's made to work with the latest Android updates. Yes I know the beta word is scary, but it has the highest chance of working.

anyone able to use xposed on CM12s care to share how?

I'm tried flashing CM12s direct over my CM11s(with xposed modules) and it was fine till I installed the new Alpha xposed and rebooted, my opo went into bootloop :(
Because your modules are still activated when you rebooted, and those incompatible modules gave you your bootloops.

one more issue with 12s is the whatsapp group notification..I switch off the group chat notification but it will still vibrate when a new group message received...

I don't have this problem. The group chat count keeps going higher when I check it. My problem with whatsapp is their stupid way of just adding you to the group when people add your number :s27:

Anybody still facing this delay/lag when opening apps? It is damn annoying seriously. Anything I open needs like 5 seconds.

No problems with WhatsApp. No delays. Can be silenced.
I am using the call enabled WhatsApp .

My problem is that I silent my phone and leave it on vibration mode...Previously, on CM11s, I silent my phone at work and on whatsapp settings, I switch off the group chat notification to prevent a non-stop vibration from the numerous group chat I am in...Now on CM12s, when I am at work, my phone keep on vibrating non-stop even though i switch off whatsapp group chat notification...if i go to priority settings and switch off the event notification, those whatsapp or any notification would not have any notification via vibration...

In simple term, on 11s I silent my phone, my phone will vibrate when individual whatsapp message appears and groupchat message will not vibrate...Right now, on 12s I silent my phone, my phone will vibrate for both single msg and group chat msg...There is no way to switch off the group chat notification...

If anyone got the solution for it, please do share...if you all don't understand what I am talking about, put your phone on silent mode and switch off group notification on whatsapp and see for yourself if your phone will vibrate when a group chat message come...

Err did you dirty flash without disabling your xposed mods first? If you did so, then yeah likely will bootloop.

Also you need to check which modules are now lollipop safe, even though the alpha xposed sorta works, but does not mean the modules you using now will work.

Anyway I don't use xposed mod nowadays, since cm12.1 is good enough for me now.

Because your modules are still activated when you rebooted, and those incompatible modules gave you your bootloops.

Yeah the bootloop came only after I installed xposed alpha. I need appsettings :s13:

Its not about Lollipop. In distributions of CM12/12.1/12S, the following classes of builds are made available by CM.

-Standard (Normal Use)
-Developer/Debuggable (Dev Use with SU toggle in Development Options built)

All nightlies are debuggable builds.
For CyanogenOS 12, its an end-user product… however, CM attempts to make dustribution easier by making the following builds available:
1. Fastboot debuggable
2. Fastboot
3. Flashable zip
