Along the way, there was a minor hiccups due to GPU went faulty.
Managed with the help of Corbell to do the RMA. However found out that the new r9 290 gaming has a newer standard of components used and slightly different component layout.
After RMA found out that the caps was shifted more to the left, causing the blocks unable to be used.
Waited about a week plus before a nice fellow forumer offer help by exchanging his 1st gen r9 290 with mine.

Top being the 1st gen r9 290 which totally follows the reference design. And bottom the 2nd gen r9 290 with Caps shifted more to the left side. VRMS are also instead of a single row it is now in 2 rows. Gold chokes are being used as compared to normal ceramic chokes being used.
