That is true. The entry level Audi A3 and Merc A180, though both prices are higher, cannot win the insignia mid trim.

Read that drivetrain is uninspiring even with the high output. That's why Opel/GM still lack in fine tuning their drivetrain. With PSA coming in, I doubt it will improve much though 3008/5008 was touted to be better driving feel. I have no doubt the interior finishing will improve following PSA acquisition, probably more quirky just like all Citroen and Peugeot which is good to look at but impractical.

Having say so, one does get a lot for the money spent but buying car is emotional. More buyers will sway towards bare premium entry car than 2nd tier conti cars. Example, 120k for insignia, "i" would prefer A4 2L for "additional" 20+ thousands more....

Certain car is designed in this way for luxury and comfortable acceleration like is 300 , horse is 241 but got smooth acceleration and not very big turbo kick in feeling
U can retune the ecu if u want others . But of course transmission do a big part also

Yes, it’s not build in as the European version is SatNAv.
Have to be linked with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto via google maps.

Am just 1 year into the ride so will have to go back to AD for servicing.

There’s some workshops that can service Opel cars.

Yes, handling is quite good.
I usually get 12Km/L for my petrol.

High usage, then is the worth. Either diesel or hybrid currently, though EV is the new kid.
