I have upgraded my two OpenWRT virtual instances to OpenWRT 25.12.5 recently.

But I am not doing much with OpenWRT after changing from SingTel 5Gbps plan to M1 10Gbps plan.

For Singtel 5Gbps plan, I bridged two ONR ports and used two instances of OpenWRT 24.10 as the main router for the two independant networks (one connected to the 10Gbe ONR LAN port and another to ONR gigabit LAN port).

For M1 10Gbps plan, I am using TP-Link Archer BE805 as the main router. Currently the two OpenWRT instances are behind the main Archer BE805 router (Double NAT). I will probably change to use one OpenWRT instance as the main router in the near future.

Amazon's deep discount storefront woot.com is selling the Linksys AX3200 (a.k.a. E8450) for US$18.99. They're also selling the Linksys E7350 for US$12.99. OpenWrt supports both of these Mediatek-based Wi-Fi 6 wireless routers. The E8450 has twice the RAM and a faster processor while the E7350 may have a faster USB port and supports 802.11ax on its 2.4 GHz radio.

Be sure to include Woot shipping costs (if you're not an Amazon Prime member) and ezShip costs (including 9% import duty) when considering whether these routers are good values.

On edit: From what I've read it can be tougher to get OpenWrt installed on the Linksys E7350. Also, these two models pop up on Carousell from time to time, so you might be better off buying locally.

I note that the Gemtek/Quantum MXF-W1700K is available on eBay for as little as US$50 now, plus ezShip and import duty.

One eBay seller is offering the similar model Brightspeed XR1710G for US$99 plus shipping, and it has OpenWrt already installed.
