Global will be black and white only, and OnePlus open 2 will not be available locally coz it's the same phone, same situation as N3/open, say how many times alr

Specs more or less the same as recent leaks. What I don't understand is the rationale of launching preorders without a price tag.

The rational is that they want you to watch the hyped up annoucement to drum up more interests before they announce more details.

If that is all, the pre-order gifts are underwhelming. At least throw in the wireless chargers and new cases.
