ya i got a feeling its gonna be at this price also, since N3 was at 2399. Only can hope that they would price it to compete with V3 instead of Samsung Fold 6's original MSRP

Oppo shops accepting a deposit of $200 for preorder. According to the staff, the deposit is refundable should one change his/her mind. He further said that the sets will be available to customers who preordered around 2 days after the launch. Imho, take that with lots of salt. Anyway, I put down the deposit at the Oppo shop in Jurong Point.

used a samsung fold before and sold it within 2 weeks, design is not good and software is not as good. My N3 stayed with me since day 1 launch in Oct 2023 and am still loving it

What about the software u prefer? Just wondering. I use both everyday lol. I use oppo as my phone in the day then in the night when I don't want to open my n3 yet I just use my zfold3

the usual samsung OS issues that irks, the OS operation and navigation feels cluttered and cumbersome to me. I am still using a samsung Tab S9 and i only have it coz i have no choice coz it has sim card slot, though tablet is not a compuslary day to day device that i need to keep changing, if not i would have changed to Oppo Pad 3/Oneplus Pad 2 alr. But that is more of personal opinion and preference.

missed the n3 during PO, subsequently couldnt buy at a good deal. Hands on was great, so looking fwd to n5.

used zf6 and v3. Didnt like samsung’s narrow width and crease but the handling feels better than v3. Software i believe samsung still has the edge. Plus samsung pay autopays for simplygo.

for v3, im experiencing lags while browsing the net. Opening the phone has this paper sound, and find it more difficult to open a thinner foldable — accidentally peeled off the front screen protector. When i was overseas with data roam, v3’s network speed is close to 0 even when using same telco on zf6. Other than these, i would pick up the v3 over zf6.

So thin it a bit hard to open.. still got the spring loaded sensation when open so I don't think can open any angle as u reach certain point it will sprung flat..

Phone is lock unable to test OS once finish setup can try..

Saw one at Singtel shop, and first impression is that it's really, really slim so much so that it's quite hard to unfold it. When folded, it's as slim, if not slimmer, than normal phones.

Phone was locked by password, so can only play with the camera.
