ColorOS definitely better then MagicOS. One example below of my V3, a simple notification from Instagram they give me so many options. When I just got the phone I tinkered with it, after a while it's just really tiring to tinker with every app. Their app closing is also very aggressive to the point I have to customize the launching and keeping every app alive individually, again it gets tiring after tinkering for a while. Really regret switching to Magic v3 from N3 previously and cant wait to go back...very bad experience with V3 and won't be buying Honor again in the near term.

when i change go magic v2 last yr from the first vivo xfold , it was a downgrade in screen size ...

managed to see the physical set ystday and when compared to the v2 in open up state , then i saw how much more screen the n5 had

hopefully, can find more camera review this few days cos i really not impress with v2 camera anymore. v2 now still got some resale value, so hopefully everything works out after tonight's reveal

based on the uw cam spec it is not going to be gd at the expense of thinness. you gain some you lose some.

coz hardware parts are expensive now due to tariffs/sanctions. 2025 phone hardware is not gonna improve much except for CPU tech, the rest are gonna be reused old parts like esp camera to hopefully keep it at around the same price. Even S25Ultra downgraded their S-Pen and removed bluetooth. And AI is something that is already existant just not as widely utilised as before so this is another hardware cost saving measure. The only phone that i see that not rely on AI esp for camera is Sharp R9Pro, but even that is a year old LYT900. But that phone is on 8sG3 which could be found in sub $400 phones like my Poco F6. Then from what i see, the only company that actually used a new camera sensor is Vivo X200 Pro, which is LYT818, improved from LYT808 used in last+this year's phones like Oneplus12(2023-2024), Oppo Find N3(2023), Oneplus 13(2024-2025) and Oppo Find X8 Pro (2024-2025)

i rarely take in UW mode so its not that bad i guess ... i saw some yt video saying n3 even with a higher pixel uw camera , it actually was just stacking and the uw was infact just 12mp ...

the telephoto macro intrigues me more .. but basically if the main camera is an upgrade over the v2 i feel like i will be content.
