Also encountered the same issue where my Shopee account couldn't see any 25.3 vouchers and had to use another family member's account to buy. Did Shopee screw up our accounts' access to vouchers?

when i cart out using mari card, they need me to authenticate using singpass + face verification. u need to collect the voucher first i think.

The problem is voucher page only show like 2 to 3 voucher. Even voucher scroll down very less then what you normally see. Can't even claim it haha. If x9u PO like this then vip what the point this better not happen to me during then. Flip table sia.
