Anyone saved your office NFC card to oppo how to use?

it saved on Google wallet and need enable nfc manually or it's Auto?
you can only have either Oppo Access card OR Google wallet

I save my condo NFC key fob into my watch for easy access that way my phone still has Google wallet

@Emmett-N You should post here instead

Just got my Find N6 from Harvey Norman, mainly because the global launch hyped up the AI Painter and "efficiency" for professionals. As an interior designer, I actually need this for my daily workflow.
But I just found out I'm basically on a strict allowance. Buried deep in Disclaimer #10 of their fine print:
AI Image/Painter: Capped at 100 uses/month (and it drops to a pathetic 60 uses in June!)
AI Chart: Capped at 300 uses/month.
How is 2-3 renders a day an "efficiency" tool? It’s a paid flagship, not a free trial. If I knew they were going to meter my work, I would have just stuck with my Galaxy Fold 6 and a Gemini sub.
I've already emailed hello@oppo-aed.sg to demand an explanation, and I'm ready to escalate to CASE/ASAS for misleading marketing.
Anyone else hit their limit yet? Make sure you check the fine print before buying!
(Go to the official Oppo Find N6 page, scroll to the VERY BOTTOM fine print, and read Disclaimer #10. It's ridiculous.)

Anyone have issue using Google Wallet on this phone to take train/bus? I'm always getting an error about incorrect card when trying to tap in

The phone screen needs to be turned on to be able to tap
not necessarily... I always just take it out from my pocket and tap on the gantry directly, and it'll still work.

there's supposedly a setting which allows the user to tap directly for public transit... but I can't seem to find it now.

update: okay.. found it. it's actually a setting under Google Wallet.
- Google Wallet > Settings
- Wallet settings > Security
- Verification settings > Public transport payments
- toggle OFF 'Verification required'

You have raise to wake on? Verification means no need fingerprint unlock for transport payment, screen still need to be lit up

shopee has the 18% off voucher now so it is around $1967 excluding cashback or coins. Not bad a deal and AI pen case is included too. Same price buying from Oppo, LB or metapod

unless one is fixed on holding the phone for 3, 5 years, or he is those reckless kind of user, I think the protection plan is very much a psychological gimmick to rip off more from the consumer.

it's like buying many many protection cases or extra screen protectors but end up never use most of them :o
Samsung one is worth it though. Usually got big discount. My S24U extension with screen replacement for 99 for 2 years.

I just tested... no need to be lit... screen black black also can tap bus.
Just to add on -

No additional settings required iirc

Just set up Google pay nfc and you can use the tap and scan without doing anything else like waking up the phone / turn on the screen for transportation transactions

Only time you need to unlock phone for payment is for other non transport payments like paying for food or buying things at departmental stores etc, just unlock phone without having the need to do anything else

Overall 1 of the more payment user friendly OS I've used in terms of NFC paying

Sometimes I use the phone while I'm charging it

right now its limited to 18W charging when u are using+charging at the same time, to prevent overheating, even if u are using the original supervooc charger+cable. For me my past 2 foldables N3 and N5 i use as per normal where i charge overnight and during office hours using normal slow charger, so i do not really utilise supervooc charging much. And after 1 year my battery % will usually still maintain 100% or 99% at most

So do I need to setup battery charging bypass option etc when I am using the phone + charging at the same time?

I'm mostly using baseus 100w adapter to charge + use the phone at the same time from time to time now
