Full stalk is roughly 8.5cm height.
The rose bud is as wide as a 20cent coin.

Like I said to my students, Level 1 roses are also beautiful gifts - but this is the BARE minimum standard they have to make. Otherwise the quality will not be there.

you can start by learning level 1 rose by following the photo instructions at post number #72 on page 5 of this forum thread. once done, you can email Formula11 at giftofgiftsrose@hotmail.com with your level 1 rose picture. he'll be in touch with you on level 2 class for 2012.
