Something about electronic appliances that were promised wasn't fulfilled. I think it was relating to some smart home features. It was also alleged that they pasted 4 stars energy saving stickers over 2 stars models. Very drama.

I'm only stating facts. You can read Broadwalk's comments for further elaboration. Sometimes I know when to stop, so I refrain from commenting further on parc esta, just want to remind all what and where Eunos is, and how it is like.

anyway i went over to have a look at the site, from hdb side can hear the roads very noise even though was 11+ 12 in the night..

When at the corridor and specifically looking out for the noise should be noisier. I supposed if one is indoor should be better.

I think someone used a meter to measure recently.

I suppose if stand on 15th or 16th floor, noise level wont be that high?

I believe the developer dropped price since launch. Those who bought during launch must be,understandably, very upset.

The lower floors are shielded fr noise by the trees and the other neighbouring blocks.

The whole project is raised 4.5 (Sims) to 5m(Changi). block is also pushed back by about 10-15m from main road. Pretty standard for almost all condo. not sure how much these can help.

11plus 12 midnite still noisy then it is quite bad.. was it a weekday or weekend?

Located at Sims ave, such a busy main road, the traffic noise is unavoidable

1,033 units (73.8%) sold to date. Top few best seller for past few months and in 2019. Sales seem pretty decent even after developer raised prices.
