Congrats! You were still considering just a couple of days ago. Which unit did you go for?

Cos I left the showflat at 930 pm and surprise so many helicopter fly at that area n they r quite loud so I'm quite concern lol

I was there last week on one of the weekday, heard helicopter noise...pretty loud thou=/

I went to forgo my BTO and forfeit slightly more than half of my down payment.
I appealed twice already but HDB refused to waive my debarment.

Now, i need to wait till mar next year den can buy...

There's a cafe at CC, broadway food centre opposite Blk 331 along Sembawang Way (but avoid parking outside designated area, got fine caught by cctv) and there should be more eating places from the 3 industrial buildings (maybe limited opening hours), as well as the bto beside Canberra park.

I think the road Sembawang Crescent might be further widened. This would help ease the traffic there.

Look like the road won't be widened. Should be tracks for cyclists

Just got email from lawyer stating that developer's lawyer has informed them the TOP will be 1st quarter next year. They are asking to fill the Further Particular Form.

Last mth hdb still ask my wife to submit her payslip, we place our OTP since June, so already 12 weeks already still nothing.

It's a long process. We signed OTP in April and then September the S&P is done.

Saw today ad, they are going to shift the show room to actual site in coming months. Glad to know things are moving
