I think I heard somewhere that it's given hansgrohe but can't recall who say that, maybe I went to too many show room already, keep thinking faser will give hansgrohe.

The 936 viva 3room only have stack 2,5 and 30

But 30 and 5 is almost taken up. Left with stack 2 which I dunno why no one seem to want it. Now that u said it. Maybe that's the reason.

Any other reasons why no one want stack 2?

Why not consider stack 29? Still have many high floor units to choose.
It's facing the swb camp, I doubt the building in front will build any higher, and at night it can really get windy.
Do come down to see the actual site and experience yourselves. That's what I did before I pen the OTP. Initially I wanted to take the front units, however after went down to see the place in the afternoon, the heat can be quite hot.

I have studied both stacks for comparison a couple of months ago including on site viewing.

Stack 2 and 5 commands the same PSF price.

Stack 5 is more favorable naturally as it is further away to the entrance than Stack 2 and Stack 2 is nearer to the stack 1 "unsightly" aircon ledge.

However, in terms of West Sun, Stack 5 receives more exposure during the evening compare to Stack 2 as stack 1 shields it partially. And Stack 2 have a slightly better view than stack 5 as stack 5 faces directly the HDB across.

yes! now sun plaza getting more hippy, last time it still have a cinema but it was closed down in the end as there is not many people will live and hang out there. I will hope it come back.

anyway i saw this interesting kitchen system like not bad le, dont know if can enhance our existing cabinet or not!

Don't think I have a budget for it. One ID already quoted me 15k for what we intend to do... Think we will hit 30+k for everything despite having lots of stuff to be moved to new unit... Time to tighten the belt...

oh yes i saw this... but after working so long for Chinese product, i dont have much confidence in their workmanship.
there's also one similar chinese company like this, offer European style furniture, but this one had some fancy European name, on the photo it look nice, but i yet to see the real thing yet. both Suofeiya and Norya are located in Tagore Lane, i think it could be the same boss.

even JB quality also cannot make it, once i went to C*BO, in Ubi, i saw the lamination peel like crazy, from there i know the furniture cannot last. somemore its not cheap at all. 3 - 4 k for normal TV cabinet.

that's why when i went to showroom, i always insist to see their show piece, once you see the door abit not straight, you will know where their workmanship standard stands.

as for Parc life showroom, the kitchen cabinet still ok after many people came to touch and open/close the door. hence i think the quality is still there.
I do hope that the actual thing are the same quality.

Nowadays when visiting furniture shops, they would say everything is made in china and Malaysia. Quality is about the same. Unless you go for Scandinavian or Italian imports. But have to check that they are not from China as well cos you will be paying much more.

Actually China has good timbers as well. If concern is quality, then it shouldn't be a problem as they face more competition in their mainland and those emerge must have some standards. Only concern is being cheated, overpaying for cheaper materials.

I visited the soufeiya showroom last weekend. Could have visited Norya... there are 3 warehouse type showrooms which I thought were all Picket & Rail.

For soufeiya, they said they use "solid wood". But from the explanation, I think it could be compressed wood. Or I need to learn more about the types of wood available. For queen size bed size, it more $2k (which could be cheaper than some built in platform). Advantage I see is there's no need for built-in platform. So I can change my mind some years later and do away with the customised platform. We didn't decide cos we are not sure of it's durability. Anyway, it's still early. It's in our shortlist together jap style tatami.

Only regret for the visit is expensive carpark charges. I would advise to park on the roadside and walk in

What is your concern on stack 2 facing? Oh yes, there is one more pro over stack 5 which is further away from the bus stop. Stack 5 is directly in front. Honestly stack 2 is a good buy as well. Soon it will be filling up in the couple of months. Got choice act now, later no choice unit like stack 5.

And stack 39 is a good recommendation by solidus as well, near term superiority in stack facing.
