It's gonna TOP in a few months time only. So be it NPS or DPS, the lump sum of 15% which is the toughest, has to be paid upon s&p. And that's already 1 month aft otp.

If the buyer dont even have the money to pay for e installment just in 'adv' of these few months, seriously go buy a Bto. I don't see much diff between paying the instalment in Nov and Mar

Yes North park residences sold for about $1300 to 1400 psf while Symphony Suites sold for about $1000 psf. Anyway, Symphony Suites is sold out.

EC: Northwave $740 to $800 psf or Criterion $740 to $790 psf

Go for those mortagewise companies where if u sign up bank loans referred by them, they give u rebated in legal fees... actually a few other companies doing this, just google it..

Monthly maintenance fees 300 plus is for 1 bed or 3 bed ??

2 br and up to 3br is $256

3br + universal deluxe or 4br or 5br is $304.

Huh so cheap ? I thought this is consider as mixed decelopment and much higher ? Like greenwich condo

Many Singaporean parent want their kid to go to those good primary school. That is one of the reason why hundred Palm and treasure crest EC are all sold out so quickly... Both have a famous primary school within 1 km... my colleague bought a condo unit in Bukit Timah just because he wants his kid to go to a famous primary school there... He rich la so he could do that..

I got a friend die die want sent his kid to Top school. But sometimes you got to understand, if they kid is not bright & smart, going to a top school also pointless. It will only add more stress to the kid. Just imagine every time exams, his/her result always the last few among the elite students.

Could be PL's proximity to B1/B2 industrial buildings, which could contribute to large numbers of foreign workers lurking nearby (esp the park) after work and over the weekends

I jogged at the park every week. Talked to some of the tiongs and ah neh while excercising. They are from the nearby ongoing constructions sites, just chilling after their hard day work, nothing to worry.

You misunderstood the idea of ‘top school’ because there is no such thing for primary schools since they do not qualify based on ability. Having the best students or programmes does not mean that all students are equally good. Naturally, the ‘better’ schools are called that not necessarily because of the consistently good performance but that they also run the Gifted Education Programme which inevitably produces elite students.

Yes can go collect key. As long as you form a family nucleus and satisfy the requirement, there is no fear at all.
