Good to see more buying interest. At least it reverses the down trend for the past 3-4 years. Buyers are feeling more confident with the economy and job security.

Contrary to what I thought earlier, it seems the less popular stacks are those facing inwards or relatively close to opposite blocks. The sun or park doesn’t seem to be an issue.

79% sold, so remaining units more discount ?

Dont think there will be more discount with less supply. In fact, there will be less discount with less supply.

Buy budget airlines tickets also similar. When there are a lot of tickers, the discount is more. When fewer tickets left, there will be less discount or price may increase. Check your pm if yer buying.

FYI, if you take any free gift be it $2,300 fraser vouncher and smart home package, you will have to pay the value in cash right when you sign your S&P. So doesn't mean you getting vouncher mean it's a good thing hor.

A few sensors with integrated control using app may not be comprehensive enough to be claimed as smart home system. Needs blind control, aircon monitoring, washer and fridge remote access

And yes, the 2300 voucher is really not necessary. I rather a lifetime membership for frasers shopping centres.

Not everyone fancies a smart home system. Just like when I try to sell the idea of remote control of the motorised blinds to my wife, her blunt answer says it all. “Why don’t you just ask the helper to do it?”

In a way (not in a discriminative way), we are already using voice commands for a quite a number of chores. Perhaps all these smart home investments will benefit my helper most. So it’s still something in the plan but a long term one for me

For full smart home package like at Inz residences, the cost would be 6k to 8k more though

west facing verandah units

the west facing verandah units looks very popular

buyers seems not concern with direct west sun facing throughout the year

is the low-e glass really going to be effective?
