Ya lor complain only never elaborate how people know.
I went on the weekend the bbq pits look normal, probably not as bad as described.

Residents' entrance outside requires access card, so I cannot understand why it enables intruders to access. There is another gate which requires access card at the waiting area.

The security guard also very on, catching people wandering around. Very good security I foresee.

B1 are areas used or intended to be used for industry, warehouse, utilities and telecommunication uses for which the relevant authority (eg. NEA) does not impose a nuisance buffer greater than 50m.

Last week when I was there, I saw this construction going on at the huge field opp parc life. Looks like a picture of a reservoir kind of thing, occupying half the plot of empty land. Is that where the B1 site is located at? Or there’ll be another B1 at the plot of empty land beside it?
