Btw just a tip if you want to get pool view without paying so much. Stack 17,18, 25 & 26 you can view the pool of skypark if you are on high level.

Yep...looking at streetdirectory with the 2 ECs side by side on the map, stack 25 looks like will get a good view of Skypark's swimming pool.

Agent just updated parc will TOP in Q1'18, earlier than visionaire. When I went site visit they alrdy building 4th floor so I guess this will be true.

The Masterplan for this piece of land has changed many times over the years.

Good luck to all e-applicants!

Please make sure you have checked your site plans, floor plans and URA masterplans before you shortlist and prioritise/order your unit choices.

Don't do it last minute! It is a million-dollar decision!

Also, don't settle for something you may not like just because you've waited 1-2 hours. Be confident. It's a buyers' market and you have plenty of choice everywhere.

I heard from my other teammates balloting is already over. Less than 50 units sold.....will verify again later.

Think none of us won the bet.
