I think the URA masterplans are becoming clearer to see.

Most parks should not be affected. However, facilities like basketball courts if not within the park will start to be phased out and centralised into mini sports hubs.

https://www.sportsingapore.gov.sg/about-us/vision-2030/facilities-master-plan

I'm looking forward to the grand plan for 2030, as long as it's not like the World Cup 2010 one :s22:

So true. My current place was facing 2 basketball court previously. Thought is safe. Who knows now become BTO! :(

I think I've figured out roughly where you stay now :D

That used to be my favourite loop for running 1.25km intervals in my marathoning days.

Only logical if you build on top of the car park

haha already buy with my fiancee liao.. so just wait. Good things and advice by our favourite agent De Rong is that we should find somewhere that is near friends and family.

That is very true and is one of the main reason we bought Parc life. Of course all the good food and small mall nearby!

I measured all the walking distances when checking out SkyPark. It's quite a distance to Victory 8. But in future, with further development, you might be able to walk through rather than around that plot of land in between.

I didn't go to the showroom but I went to walk ard the project. Didn't like the surroundings so didn't consider it

Yeah I don't like the surroundings either. Standing around Canberra Park didn't give me a nice feeling no matter where it was. Felt congested and surrounded by a mixture of different building types.

They made the verandah type quite enticing in the design. Unfortunately, they are mostly West-facing units.

I like the stack that faces Skypark.
But I don't want my frens to come over one day and said why I buy an ec so near the industrial buildings. So many parcels oppo these 2 projects are marked as industrial buildings.

The industrial not that bad, haha. It is those Atas kind not the drilling and knocking type. It's a double edge sword. Next time if you want to rent out its easier because their workplace is just opposite :)

Found the definition. So possibility of a large substation or sewage disposal plant right facing stack 42. Wow that's bad.

Yep...looking at streetdirectory with the 2 ECs side by side on the map, stack 25 looks like will get a good view of Skypark's swimming pool.

for stack 25, what will be a safe level to see more of High Park's pool? #06/#08?

Just went to Parc Life showflat during lunch.
Layout not bad. The kitchen, though is 2 rows facing type, but at least can accommodate 2 persons staying side by side. Bathroom size consider big too.

Agent says tomorrow the discount will be cut 1% to 4% (not sure if i hear it correctly). Then now it comes with Smart home concept too.
