if you are going to buy back the same project, please check first if it's allowed. It's very tough to get the 1.25% penalty. I tried to appeal to HDB but was redirected to the developer who helped to do my cancellation...

I'm not planning to get back the 1.25% penalty. What do you mean it's tough to get the 1.25%? As in developer refused to refund u the bal, 3.75%?
Why was hdb in the picture? U mean you cldnt cancel? Must engage a lawyer to cancel the OTP? Cuz my agent said need

Hi asky2505,

Not really... First we filled up a cancellation form (initially agent gave the wrong one and when we checked with developer, the process got sped up) to show we know what we are doing.

Then, it's collection of cheque from developer's law firm and payment of penalty to bank's law firm.

Any fee to the law firm for this?

I did cancel. It's the 25% of the 5% booking fee can't be waived.
So think carefully.

No law firm needed. Just do a self collection of the returned funds.
Because I signed the LO, so i have extra penalty from bank

Try to look for developer contact. I emailed to the service center of CDL last time and developer responded. Think agent try to prevent you from cancelling. Good luck

I think you only have window till you sign the S&P. After signing S&P, the penalty will be higher.

No lah. I won't cancel my visionaire unit before I can confirm the PL unit. Mine is mop case. Time is still on my side

It's a pity for the $2.2m, 600 sqm, all-inclusive park with most swings on the island...

Not beside mrt for e dormitories. I mean the b1 industrial. There are legal factory converted to dormitories right? So can a be industrial be converted too?

Saw the white site beside Sun Plaza and yellow plot of land for the interchange. Hopefully will become more commercial space in the future. Can forsee more crowds from the new housing projects and the industrial properties
