Anyone compared between Visionaire, Brownstone and Parclife? What are your thoughts on them?
What made you guys choose ParcLife over the other 2?

1) not too closed to MRT - Noise
2) 6-7 min to MRT- reasonable walking distance
3) secondary and primary near by 5-7 mins walk
4) sun Plaza! walking distance
5) Sbw shopping center, but have to walk/bike
6) not too expensive as compare to the 2 EC

1. Added water features at entrance round about.

2. Sidegate to Canberra park will
have a ramp and staircase down to basement carpark.

3. Sidegate beside tennis court will be opened, staircase down to basement carpark.

(Refer to the siteplan below)

4. Clubhouse ceiling height will be raised and will be enclosed with sliding door at the side.

5. Kids party room will be fitted with sliding door.

6. DSTA Fins will be removed but will keep the one at the side of the bedroom as the building facades.

I see. Thanks!
Any recommendations on which block/unit is a good location? Cos I heard from some agents that it's facing the sun etc.. like not very good.

Price I think it's reasonable, view it's facing the sbw air base, lots of greenery, but note that they will build something there, but I don't foresee it happen in the new further.
Sun wise, well it's sit north face south, most of the sun was block but the block beside you, you can get some morning sun

I have the same dilemma as you when I'm choosing my EC and I almost have up the idea. But luckily my agent gave me alot of suggestions to help me decide what I really want. Best is to ask a agent for opinion then you see which EC suits you better. If you don't have any trustable agent, pm me .I can intro you my agent.

Hi all, is stack 2 and stack 5 good ?

I prefer north south facing so the house not so hot.. the con is it face the road and no view.. stack 8, 13 and 16 are good facing but really high about 850psf... faint...

Just checked, the opposite blocks to stacks 2 and 5 are not really that close. They are near entrance. Depends on what you are looking for. It's viva layout and smaller in size than the other stacks you mentioned.

Stack 8 has high psf for its reasons. 13 and 16 are now 850psf? High floor? They are pool facing though

I mean around 850 psf and could be around 820 to 880psf, i did not get the exact price as it seems too high for me... parc life similar to brownstone psf pricing??

My own views -- I have visited practically all the ECs in singapore before I purchased a unit at Parc Life :) My first choice was Sol Acres which was sold out before i could grab my choice unit. Although it seems like supply is still aplenty, this is not so in my case due to budget constraints. Brownstone was hence not in my choice because of the available units/price.

I was torn between Visionaire and Parc Life which PL ultimately won due to:

1. Developer: Frasers vs. Qingjian. More confidence in Frasers developments.

2. I would prefer to be located some distance away from town centre (where everything's within arms' reach) but easily accessible to more places e.g. only 2 MRT stations away from Woodlands, the upcoming regional centre, instead of being in Woodlands itself. e.g. no need to be in Yishun itself but can easily reach Khoo Teck Puat

3. Walking distance to a park - jogging/cycling becomes easier to achieve

4. Ultimately, i find Yishun too crowded. There's a lot of private housings which is like double-edged sword - brings out the feel it's an atas area VS. future selling competition.

~~ Cheers ~~

Whats is DSTA fins?

Clubhouse ceiling house to be raised? Alamak will it block the stack 20 level 3 view?
