I had on my gas, got one issue, the preheat option give me error, and I had to wait for 10mins for the water to flow inorder to get hot water???
Anyone have this issue?

Get the city gas guy to fix the problem. Error E8 is due to air trap inside the pipe.

Some of them do not know that new private has gone up to about $1.3k.
They believe they can get new private @ $800-$1k . :o

Sometimes it's wise to check the price first......Private ~$1300psf, EC ~$800psf.

If you compare a similar 1000sqft unit, private is close to $1.3million vs $800k for EC. Half a million dollar extra is not a small sum.

We will b engaging home inspection service, but now even without prof eyes, can already discover many defects.. - water heater not functioning - scratched windows - dented counter top edges... think will uncover many more :s22:

I ask Yuri from D' Ark, he really come up to measure and draw the place for my capentary. so far he done one unit in Parc life.
my bet was to do with someone who already done with Parc life, so that the process is smoother... not going for those green horn ID who push everything to Owner... hope everything work out well... awaiting for his final price before we confrim this week...

Sounds good. We took a long time before deciding ours (though was waiting for TOP then). We have enquired at least 7 IDs and contractors

100 defects is normal & average for most condo owners. :D

Not heard of, we engaged Absolute Inspection, so far not bad.

More exp than others but got group discounts for Fraser. Lots of good reviews

Hi mt,
I just saw Lacasa facebook page and found that they have actually been to Parc Life too. Think they are giving a free additional defects check just before DLP ends. I'll probably engage them. My friend from the construction industry mentioned that once DLP ends, the Developer/Contractor will not come and entertain you.
