Hola would be happy it is 14xxpsf haha cos I previously predicted average 16xxpsf.. this is perhaps pricing in a bearish market.
So means my prediction is close?

I beg to differ, unless the premium build in for premium facing is so much of a difference ~100k else the psf is a good gage of the unit pricing.
1 bedroom from 788,000 (1665 psf)
2 bedroom from 943,000 ( 1462 psf)
3 bedroom from 1,326,000 (1416 psf)
4 bedroom from 2,111,000 (1520psf)
understand this is from the developer officially..
surprisingly low!

i'm still looking to buy 1 BR, or 1+S. 1665 psf where got cheap![]()
2bedder at 1462 I guess only those facing PIE. But overall pricing definitely attractive. SUO market definitely will get affected.
Those who buy daintree one bedder at 9xxk can buy penrose 2 bedder at same quantum![]()

He can’t coz all his money already dump into SUO.
If PR happens to launch 15xxpsf on average, his SUO resale price will be screwed.![]()

Knn, this morning I just commented this. Lol
And it really happened, even lower![]()
