I went to take a quick look at Garden Residences. Wah, this one for rich ppl to stay... it’s not really near any train station? Good for those who want to try to let their kids go to Rosyth hoho

agree. agents selling Parc Clematis claimed one of its main selling points being near to nan hua primary school. if even 25-30% of the 1400+ units bought to try to get into the school using <1km criteria, ... well dont bother

For some schools, even being an alumni won’t guarantee a spot. Don’t need to talk about “1km”.

Dev wana filter out those “window shoppers” and leave the viewing slots to genuine buyers, cos now got Safe Distancing measures, showflat canot accomodate so many paxs at one time.. so need to submit cheque n forms for viewing slot.. if wana ballot for booking oso must submit cheque.. if dunwan to buy at the end, the cheque n forms will be returned to u..

actually i second this. after all the schmoozing and all the unicorn pixie dust settles, the only way to concretely prove that an agent really believes in a particular property is to put one's money where the talk is.

i'm sure there are other ways, but this is one good one!
