There are a few 2 bedders. 2B1bath 646 sqft and 2B2Bath.

2B2Baths there are also 2 kinds, 1 700 sqft open kitchen 1 800 sqft enclosed kitchen.

The 2B2Baths should be closer to 1.05m.

Yeah so there u have it, from an investment POV Penrose 2 bedders are great. Mind you other RCR projects are also 14-15xxpsf in the resale market at least- think SUO, Eight Riversuite etc,

Actually it's worrying to see this kinda figures.

1024 units, easily 200-300 units of 2 bedders, only 15 units sold tells a story. This area is not as hot as some people might think.
