Bro, Penrose has its pros and cons and could likely be one the the value buys that allows individuals to profit in 5-7 years down the road.

But bro Nishizhu is definitely not a clone or siaolang. He has been around to share w humility, likewise our OHW123 despite being 13yo (which I am very skeptical due to his wealth of property knowledge) though w a tinge of vested interest in Striling had been a fine contributor. so pardon me for the need to speak up.

But Penrose it shall be I am keenly watching this development too.
