Well, when at showflat for PE, the agent was trying to convince me to get the 3 bedder facing Changi Road/MRT.. it's really close and it's a very busy road. He said close windows won't hear liao... but if you're the kind who doesn't use a/c 24/7 it will be an issue

Because tre residence only 250 units whereas suo has 10xx units. Of coz the rental volume at suo is higher.
