Visually it's boring, just a Persona 20th anniversary logo, with a bit of waving flag animation. The background music I only heard a short clip, didn't complete the loop so can't comment what songs it has.

You bought Izanagi DLC from where? R1 not out yet leh. Only got Chinese version and Japanese version, both available on SG psn store.

Look for the game you have on PSN store. Let's say you have R3, the URL is:
.../en-sg/games/persona-5/cid=UP2611-CUSA05877_00-ASIAPLACEHOLDER0
On the R1 store, the URL is:
.../en-us/games/persona-5/cid=UP2611-CUSA05877_00-PERSONA512345678
This shows that both R1 and R3 have product ID "CUSA05877", so they are compatible. (Gamefaqs is also a good source to look for product IDs but they usually don't show R3.)
If you look at a R1 DLC, let's say the Japanese VO DLC, it has URL of:
.../en-us/games/addons/persona-5-japanese-audio-track/cid=UP2611-NPUB31848_00-ADDCONTENT000022
Here the product ID is different, but don't worry, NPUBxxxxx are generally DLCs, since it is for the same R1 CUSA05877 product on the same R1 psn store, it should work. If a free DLC works, that's good indication that other paid DLCs shld work also.
Like I said, not 100% accurate lah. The R3 physical disc may have different product ID as digital R3, the R3 URL maybe just a placeholder and can change later, a DLC may be encoded to work with multiple regions even if the product IDs don't match, a DLC may be account locked (like The Crew's DLCs), etc etc. Anyway it's just a good educated guess, gives you some confidence if you choose to take the risk.
As mentioned before, for English version, R1/US and R3/Asia are compatible (CUSA05877), R2/EU is not (CUSA06638).
