Their picture, name and address must be displayed prominently on all lifts nearby their residence so people will know and take extra notice of them to make sure they don’t commit the same abuse.

Currently I feel the law is too lax and there is no shame and public stigma in place for them to repent and prevent them from reoffending again.

While i agree these animal abusers have to be punished, death sentence is too much.

if say abuse, then how about the stray pigeons and crows? Same treatment? What about the chicken, fish, cow and pigs you consume?

if say abuse how about smokers/vapers who smoke/vape and mentally torture or abuse non smoking/vape neighbours? Should they be jailed since they add more damage to other human life?
