This is my response to your replies in my "Livewings" thread, which is locked.
So yes the Quran did not advocate for stoning to death, but the evidence you provide is just a screenshot, not even a link. and you also did not quote the scripture.
1) The screenshot that I provided to counter Livewings' remarks contains the sentence: "
Categorically, there is not a single verse in the Qur'an which prescribes an earthly punishment for apostasy". I believe that suffices for anyone to do their own Googling if they care.
2) Further down the thread, I included another evidence, which is a link to MUIS' webpage.
3) I do not think that I can find a scripture that says something along the lines of "no, contrary to the haters' remarks, Islam actually does not stone apostates".
Sending a ton of quoted posts does not help us with our job, it only dilute your case. you only need to send us a few of the offending posts and the corresponding evidence for us to take action.
I posted two recent posts of Livewings and five past posts (as evidences of such behaviour). I do not think that seven posts can be called "a ton". Had I posted just two, you guys may think that it is a one-off post.
Calling names like "Ex-muslim" does not help your case also
I mentioned it twice - once to let you guys know that I am aware of his background (lest you guys say "but he was a Muslim so he has a right to critique") and another as a proof to contradict his own claim that Muslims will be killed should they leave the religion. I mean, if he can leave the religion despite (I'm making an educated guess here) not having a Phd (as per his claim) and is still alive, then that proves that he was talking rubbish.
I'm glad that you guys have banned him.
Please consider doing the needful against IndianChief since he is adamant that Livewings were being factual although he did not explicitly say those "facts".
Discussed with the team and the senior help warn one of the post I missed up giving points on. whatever we could delete and give points for, we done those.
Was busy sending winter clothes for the turkey earthquake victim this morning but i spent an hour reviewing your reports and writing a lengthy reply instead. They need a lot of volunteers to help sort out donation. Isn't it more conductive to help fellow humans in disaster? why are wasting time squabbling and moderating squabble on the internet when people are dying?
1) suffice for us to google, yes but we will just take longer to google and do our own research, you want instant result can you please help us with more details, thanks

instead of sending us 7 posts, you can also help us prioritize which are the offensive one and what are like supporting evidence so that we can conclude the case faster instead of looking through all closely.
Calling him an ex-muslim doesn't help us focus on which are the inflammatory comment. your explanations above is much clearer in helping us to understand the context and that is helpful.

Remember its not against the forum rules to be make illogical comment and be self contradicting, I have pointed out this to him this morning at 1 AM but I did not give him points. Elaborating on irrelevant points to point out logical fallacy make us spend more time reviewing the case.
We remind all users to be more circumspect when posting incorrect information about holy scripture as it is a sensitive topic, we also hope other users can be more forgiving and help others learn more about their religions.
Anyway allow me the chance to digress a bit to address rest of the members, so this morning at Genting Lane, I saw many Singaporeans of all races donating tonnes of stuffs to help the earthquake victims. There was also a caucasian among the volunteers. On social media I see churches and monastery helping to collect donation for the earthquake victims.
That's the real Singapore with religion harmony and helping each other.
not this forum always squabbling and stirring religion and dividing Singapore deflaming each others.
Only God / Allah is all knowing, the members here are no God, one cannot expect them to be all knowing and all their posts here to be factually correct. Mods are not god we need time to review.
