anyone on F4 notice that instagram messages are always delayed or even go missing when you refresh?
I think it has something to do with the aggressive battery saver but I set it to no restrictions and still have this problem.

I bought a f4 start of 2024 and even on a new set with only a few apps installed the lag is terrible. can I expect much better performance on a x6 or x6 pro?

sd870 should not be laggy

usually for any new device, i would do the following
- remove ads
- change settings to remove animation
- remove bloatware

u can try the above, should help reduce lag?

are there specific areas where u kenna lag?

the 128 GB set with 6 GB ram, try not to open too many windows for multi tasking.
cause somehow the phone will be a little bit laggy.

need at least 8GB ram to really do some multitasking on the phone, try to toggle the memory extension app.

Ok I finally got a notification to update my F4 to hyperOS.

Want to ask opinions of users already using it on F4. Is it better than miui for the F4?

Btw the version is 1.0.3.0. ULMMIXM

No problem with singpass and banking. Was on 1.0.2 hyperos last time already.

More secure on 2024 July security update, feels safer with scammers around. Plus android has a critical bug discovered and was patched in the July update.

I see Xiaomi rushing many phones to 2024 July patch. So must be important.

I used hyper OS on my mi 11 lite so far decent.
Just that the power down buttons need to press power button + up volume key to power down the phone.
