Poco will bring M4 Pro on November 9

Poco announced another M series phone will arrive by the end of the year. The company scheduled an online launch for November 9 where we’ll see the arrival of the Poco M4 Pro 5G.

The Poco phone will be “fun” and “powerful”, according to the official hashtag of the launch campaign. This is all we have from the official source at this point, but we'll undoubtedly get more specific as the brand ramps up its hype campaign in the 10 days leading up to the event.

Previous rumors suggested the M4 Pro will be identical to the Redmi Note 11, expected to arrive later today in China. Its alleged model number leaked online, and it is suspiciously similar to the Redmi one, although this shouldn’t be a surprise whatsoever.

The predecessor Poco M3 Pro was essentially the Redmi Note 10 5G with a different design around the camera island.

compare the dimensity 810 against SD 732G seems comparable.

If camera is good, then I think I will go for this over F3

The M4 Pro Early Bird price on Shopee for the 4Gb/64Gb version is $249. Whereas the X3 Pro is going for just $255 for the 6Gb/128Gb version during this 11.11 promotion.

I wonder if people would actually buy the M4 Pro over the X3 Pro in this case.

FYI M4 Pro... like Redmi Note 11 has 2 "dummy" cam lenses... one with a red dot, the other with the word "AI". Since both phones are practically identical... it'd be interesting to see if Redmi Note 11 is priced similarly to that of M4 Pro when it hits our stores...

The global versions of the Redmi Note 11 series of phones will most likely arrive in many markets ard the world including sg sooner or later... just like the Redmi Note series of phones have always done so. And it doesn't mean that if a phone is rebranded... only one version will make it to markets outside China... take for eg the Redmi Note 10 5G and Poco M3 Pro 5G... they're practically the same phone except for some cosmetic differences and they both made it to our shores.

Exactly my point. The X3 Pro is nearly better in every aspect, especially the powerful SD 860 SoC. It becomes even crazier when you consider that the 6Gb/128Gb M4 Pro is priced at $299 Early Bird while the 8Gb/256Gb X3 Pro is $298.

I believe there is NFC on local M4 Pro model. I think based on specs, most will go for X3 NFC/X3 Pro if one doesn't need 5G connectivity, I went for X3 Pro instead of M4 Pro.
