Anyone updated to latest firmware and found the phone a bit choppy at times? They said must do master reset.

Think i'm gonna disable all full screen mode. Screen is big enough for everything lol.
I already disabled for all apps..but it still auto full screen. :s13:

Settings -> Display -> Full Screen Mode -> Then turn off/turn on the individual apps accordingly right?

Full screen display need to use gestures to go back and go home page. Sometimes can be a bit unresponsive. Need to try a couple of times. So I have also went back to buttons due to this.

I'll use the method mentioned earlier - swipe up for the 3 buttons to appear. Tried the gesture method but not used to it.

After the update my battery is super good. After charging to 100%, I've been using the phone for the last 4 hours and battery only went down by 2%.

I find the battery drain fast.

i have this issue when i first got the set and mentioned in this thread too. it was like draining 1% per hour on standby mode. 100% charge at night before sleep and next day wake up battery level dropped to 88% even with battery saver mode on. however, after like 1 to 2 weeks doesn't have this issue. probably you need to full charge and discharge a few times to season the battery

The Note 9 thread say if use normal charger instead of the fast charging charger in the box, can prolong battery life. Is this true?

Fast charging generate more heat and the heat may degrade the battery. But phones now have better battery management control so battery life degradation is negligible to normal charging.

If the phone feels unusually hot while charging then stop the charging. If it feels normal then let it continue to fast charge.
