so far my experience with mi mover app.

From A Xiaomi phone to B Xiaomi phone. First need to understand most apps, but not all apps and login can be move over. For app like whatsapp, personally I prefer to backup and restore easier i feel. Then, i vividly remember my last use with Mi Mover app, after moving from A to B, the apps in A seems to be a little messed up in terms of place but nothing lost though.

Just for update, I have used the Mi Mover app on both the older Huawei and newer Xiaomi phone.

Basically contacts, sms, Whatsapp, photos have been transferred. As for apps, they seem transferred but not yet downloaded. Those data of games without account based login are lost.

Thanks to all.

i think this is quite similar with other android devices. i moved everything from old samsung phone to new samsung phone, or restore from google backups, not everything is transferred, the apps need to be manually installed. only iphones are able to transfer everything from old to new iphones in my experience.

Yup it is not perfect though but it works.

I was actually hoping it could clone the phone but I guess it may only work with similar brand phones.

Even similar brand phones also same.
I use Google to transfer, the apps have to re sign in or redo settings.

Last night bought the Poco X3 128GB to replace my mum redmi Note 9s 64gb. Get it cost 64Gb not enough for her.

Bought from the Poco official store which they just launch today at shopee and lazada.

Got the X3 at $261 with free shark funcooler pro black. Hope the X3 is a good buy. Only thing is no wireless charging for this only..........

sorry if this spoil those who have gotten the phone just recently....but there is a new version for it....

POCO X3 Pro passes through certification websites

The upcoming POCO phone in question recently received certification from the FCC and other regulatory bodies. The certification listings reveal that the device will go by the model number M2102J20SG. Cross-referencing this model number with an IMEI database has revealed that the device will be called the POCO X3 Pro.

XDA Senior Member and frequent Xiaomi tipster kacskrz has further added that the device is code-named “vayu” and “bhima” (different variants of the same base model). Based on the early info we have about vayu/bhima, we suspect that the POCO X3 Pro could be based on Qualcomm’s sm8150 platform, and it may feature a 48MP quad-camera setup (wide+ultra-wide+macro+depth).

For the unaware, Qualcomm’s sm8150 platform referees to the Snapdragon 855 family (not necessarily just the Snapdragon 855). Current rumors suggest that the device may feature the Snapdragon 860 SoC, which is also part of the Snapdragon 855 family..

this phone is by far the best value for money. unless the new version is equally cheap, else x3 nfc is still the better choice.
