The problem resolve after factory reset. No more battery draining. Maybe some apps running behind because can feel the back of hp was quite warm.

That's the last resort cos a lot of things on the phone very leh chey lol. Last time i did just that on the other phone and nothing improve cos the firmware itself was draining :s22:. Wasted my time

i only use an earbud never try 3.5 audio jack.
Could be your earbud volume is not sync with phone volume. When you increase volume via phone, earbud volume still remain low. Try to activate developer options and turn on absolute volume under Bluetooth settings

what about sound distortion? crowded places or shops it will keep distorted need to put near earbuds then no sound distortions

Not sure.. maybe earbub quality not that good or other Bluetooth signal interference.

what about sound distortion? crowded places or shops it will keep distorted need to put near earbuds then no sound distortions

i highly suspect is bluetooth interference.. now there's a huge number of bluetooth devices around.. because of TT app..

because if is earbuds issue.. the problem shld be persistent.. not only at crowded places...
