Does it fit nicely?
Sorta, fit is ok, dunno why camera area still have a big empty space surround it and left side has a line slightly protruding out.

Bought the case because picture shows see through/clear but this milky white case CMI. Raised issue with seller, send him photos see how.

oh u wanted transparent casing. But I think milky white is better? As transparent one will become yellowish over time. As for the camera area, could this casing be for another model instead?

Prefer see through due to the design, solid white > milky white. Not sure about other models but all the cutouts are in the correct position.

Will still use until get another case cause it's thinner than the supplied one. :s12:

Does the case protect the camera when lying on flat surface?

mine is XiaomiADBFastbootTools version 7.0.3 (should be the latest) and Java SDK 14.0.2 with 15 being the latest. you can try this link

https://github.com/Szaki/XiaomiADBFastbootTools/releases

btw do you have adb.exe install ???? another possibility is are you connecting the device to the direct usb port of pc or through some usb hub ? might make a difference.

Tried this n managed to uninstall some Xiaomi loaded apps.
Realised that in file manager, it doesn't show the stats of storage in percentage anymore.
Tried to installed back those Xiaomi apps but still cant get back the storage stats.

now that you mention and i think you are right. so i go play around and found that it is the Mi Cloud bloatware that remove it. the Mi Cloud bloatware should have 4 pkg

com.miui.cloudbackup
com.miui.cloudservice
com.miui.cloudservice.sysbase
com.miui.micloudsync

i reinstall that back and i can see the pie percentage at the area where you circled

see now you have 3 icon on that right. with the Mi Cloud service, you will only have 2 icons as the left most icon overlaps or merge or float or whatever you name it the right most icon feature. that why you see the pie chart.

the pie chart showing storage utilization is useful.
without that, there is no graphical presentation on how much storage is left.
too bad it has to be with the micloud stuff which i don't need at all.

its there actually even w/o the Mi Cloud pkg. the left most icon, the cleaner icon. if you have the Mi Cloud, the cleaner icon will float at the bottom right with a blue color and you only see 2 icons on top. w/o the Mi Cloud you just need to go to the left most cleaner icon and you can see the pie chart already. the feature is not totally gone just that it is being cosmetic to a more pleasing viewing with the Mi Cloud.

instead of uninstall the Mi Cloud, just disable it. this can be done in the XiaomiADBFastbootTools and the pie chart will be there as if you have the Mi Cloud. regardless you disable or uninstall any of the app you don't want, the pkg will always remain inside your device. the uninstall or disable just basically "hide" the app from you that all.

Change to solid file explorer.. google around for the pro unlocked.. xiaomi ones are usually made by cheetah mobile and notorious for phoning home and collects data for selling..

Why still need Xiaomi file explorer? :s13: I uninstalled everything Xiaomi related, already had Solid Explorer Pro from all the Google Rewards $. Even Google Files is fine if you just want an overview of what files are taking up space.
