I thought this is not local model, sure won't have local warranty one right?

With EIN sticker so how the fudge is poco x3 not local model?

Basically the issue here is that operations of the service center is out sourced to 3rd party appointed by XM. They got no direct relations to EIN who is the local distro and operator of the retail part of xiaomi stores.

So many of us here have repeatedly said the quality of service rendered by the service center is abysmal, always has been even back in the days when they were located at The Central @ clarke quay. No surprise their staff try to smoke unknowing customers and deny warranty claim whenever possible.

Only in Shopee got 2 sellers state they are official xiaomi stores.

Official but one of them ship their stock from hong kong. So by line of logic that as long not local stock then no warranty? I remember reading their fb page got ppl ask about local warranty and the reply was can make claim through imei verification, which the funan service center don't seem to acknowledge. End of the day, whether to allow warranty claim or not is up to discretion of the service center, and if thats the case then have warranty as good as no warranty.

The official xiaomi store in shopee points to funan center as their service center. They trying to smoke you. Ask to talk to the manager in charge.

Yap, is so call the service center manager. They don't have the spare part anyway.

I think this is EIN Malaysia. This explain why Shopee has 2 shops claim they are Xiaomi official store.

Singapore till now seem never carry this model.

Asking this same qns in both X3 and RMN9 thread. If I am using a F1, I should be using the mi mover app to transfer over right?

Will there be a difference when I mi mover to X3 or RMN9P? I was imaging X3 should receive more complete from F1 since both are on same os, correct?
Because both are on pretty close specs and pricing, so I am just nitpicking which should be more seamless when I change out from F1...
